Limitations 

Please note that our ability to resolve concerns may be limited if: 

• Changes are requested after project completion that differ from the original agreement 

• Issues arise from client-supplied materials or third-party actions 

• Delays or defects result from unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or municipal delays 

In these cases, we will work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution, supported by our free project management and on-site supervision. 

Refunds 

Refunds are uncommon in custom aluminium and glass projects due to the bespoke nature of our work. However, if we cannot meet agreed project standards—such as safety compliance or structural integrity—we may offer a partial refund for the affected portion, subject to review. For example, if an installation issue results from our error and cannot be rectified, we will negotiate an appropriate refund. Deposits become non-refundable once fabrication or installation work begins, as these cover material and labour costs.
